- GARMIN'S MAPSOURCE PROGRAM aka TRIPS AND WAYPOINTS MANAGER USUALLY INCLUDED FREE WITH GARMIN GPS - NOT SO FOR NUVIs APPARENTLY :-(
- ALL MAPS FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH LATEST GARMIN MAPSOURCE 6.14.1
- It is still possible to directly upload img files to GPS without Mapsource - see Mapping software links
- This however "destroys/disables" the Global Indexing capability
- Apple Mac users have the option of uploading a gmapsupp.img file to their GPS units.
